Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and the side effects of cancer treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) relieves swelling that occurs when inflammation, illness or medical treatment clogs your lymphatic system. MLD involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues and toward working lymph vessels and lymph nodes so they can get rid of toxins and inflammation cells in your body.
